Summary: A parody of the series three finale set to the music of The Devil Went Down to Georgia. Yeah... just as ridiculous as it sounds.

It's much more fun to listen to the song while you read, because you get to imagine John Simm and David Tennant playing the fiddle! HERE is a work-safe/radio edit version of the song.

The Master went down to Utopia, he was looking for a planet to steal.
He was in a bind 'cos he'd been left behind, and he was willin' to make a deal.
When he came across this Doctor with a box and and a plain ol' fobwatch,
And the Master jumped up on a coral strut and said, "Boy, let me tell you what,
I guess you didn't know it, but I'm an evil Time Lord too.
And if you'd care to take a dare, I'll make a bet with you.
Now, you got a pretty good box, Doc, but give the Master his due.
I'll bet this TARDIS so old against your soul, 'cos I think I'm better than you."
The man said, "My name isn't Doc, and it might be a sin,
But I'll take your bet, you're gonna regret, 'cos I'm the best that's ever been."
Doctor, you grab your sonic and play your angle hard.
'Cos hells broke loose in London, and the Master holds the cards.
And if you win, you get this shiny box so old.
But if you lose, the Master gets your soul.
Interlude.
The Master pulled out his lazar, and he said, "I'll start this show."
And fire flew from the sky as he rose it up from below.
And he rode the Valiant down to Earth, and it made an evil hiss.
Then a band of minions joined in, and it sounded something like this.
The Master's solo.
When the Master finished, the Doctor said, "Well, you're pretty good, ol' son.
But let me outta this cage, right here, and let me show you how it's done."
“Martha's on the mountain, run girl, run.
Watch out, 'cos Lucy's got the gun.
Jack's in the dungeon pickin' out bullets.
Spread the word!
Use the Archangel Network and count the minutes!”
The Doctor's solo.
The Master bowed his head, because he knew that he'd been beat.
He laid that planet Earth on the ground at the Doctor's feet.
The Doctor said, "Master, don't come on back when you wanna try again.
I did tell you once, you and your drums, I'm the best that's ever been!"

Watch out, 'cos Lucy's got the gun.
