First of all, this was great! Sophos was adorable with his crush on Helen, his wanting to help Gen with his cousins, and his general all-around cuteness :)
And now you've got me intrigued as to what Relius has to do with this, and I'm still wondering what Irene's story is.....
I just noticed a few typos:
as if he'd just insult(ed) his mother
He hadn't been expected(expecting) an answer.
